Prva faza uvedbe BTOM (UK Border Target Operating Model) v Združenem kraljestvu

Z navedenim datumom bodo morali izvozniki iz držav članic EU pri uvozu v ZK zagotoviti, poleg  izvoznih zdravstvenih spričeval za žive živali in zarodni material živali ter fitosanitarnih spričeval za rastline in rastlinske proizvode z visokim tveganjem, ustrezna izvozna zdravstvena oziroma fitosanitarna spričevala tudi za živalske proizvode s srednjim tveganjem, živila in krmo neživalskega izvora z visokim tveganjem in rastline in rastlinske proizvode s srednjim tveganjem. 

Nadalje bo obvezna tudi predhodna najava pošiljk omenjenega blaga pristojnim organom ZK preko sistema IPAFFS (Import of products, animals, food and feed system), s strani oseb odgovornih za tovor.

Vlada ZK poudarja, da bo uspešno uvedena prva faza zagotovilo podjetjem iz EU, da bodo pripravljeni tudi na naslednjo fazo uvedbe BTOM, ki se načrtuje s 30. 4. 2024.

Potrjen datum začetka uporabe ICS2 R3

V zvezi z novico, objavljeno dne 18. 12. 2023, sporočamo, da sta datum začetka uporabe ICS2 in časovni okvir uvedbe za pomorski promet, promet po celinskih plovnih poteh ter cestnem in železniškem prevozu potrjena z Izvedbenim sklepom Komisije (EU) 2023/2879 z dne 15. decembra 2023 o oblikovanju delovnega programa v zvezi z razvojem in začetkom uporabe elektronskih sistemov, predvidenih v carinskem zakoniku Unije, objavljenim dne 22. 12. 2023.

Informacije so objavljene na strani ICS2 Release 3.

Informativni pregled za sektor pomorskega prometa in celinskih plovnih poti je zdaj na voljo tudi v več jezikih na isti strani pod naslovom "Kako se pripraviti". To vključuje ključne informacije o spremembah in potrebnih korakih za pripravo za uvedbo ICS2. Poleg tega sta na spletu na voljo video in informacije za tehnično pripravo. Pripravlja se tudi informativni pregled za železniški in cestni sektor, ki bo objavljen leta 2024.

V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih.
