Izteka se rok za predložitev prvega CBAM poročila 31. 1. 2024!

Svetujemo pravočasno predložitev poročila, četudi podatki v poročilu ne bodo povsem točni. Popravki podatkov, navedenih v predloženem poročilu, so namreč možni še vse do konca meseca julija 2024.Dne 23. 1. 2024 je bilo izvedeno prvo izobraževanje za CBAM z naslovom Izvajanje Mehanizma za ogljično prilagoditev na meji (CBAM) v prehodnem obdobju. Izobraževanje ni bilo snemano, zato posnetka ni na voljo. Dostop do objavljenega gradiva: GRADIVO.Navodila in postopek za registracijo v Prehodni register CBAM (oz. Portal CBAM) za namene poročanja, se nahajajo na spletni strani e-Carina pod »Evropske aplikacije«. Na voljo je tudi testno okolje Portala CBAM, preko katerega se lahko zavezanci za poročanje seznanijo z njegovo uporabo.Za vsebinska vprašanja glede izpolnjevanja obveznosti CBAM, se lahko obrnete na e-naslov cbam.fu(at)gov.si in za tehnično pomoč na: Sektor za centralno pomoč uporabnikom sd.fu(at)gov.si, tel.: 05 297 68 00.Na spletni strani Evropske komisije o mehanizmu za ogljično prilagoditev na mejah, so objavljene vse informacije o CBAM, ki se tudi redno posodabljajo.Svetujemo še seznanitev z naslednjimi obvestili na spletnih straneh FURS:Podrobnejše informacije o tem, kdo in kdaj je zavezan za poročanje CBAM (15. 1. 2024)Objava Smernic o privzetih vrednostih za prehodno obdobje CBAM (28. 12. 2023)Informacija uvoznikom o potrebni registraciji oz. ureditvi dostopa v Prehodni register EU CBAM (Portal CBAM) za namene poročanja (21. 12. 2023)

Izbrani prispeveki - novice o davkih pri nas in v EU - NEWS about TAXES

V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih.
