Onemogočeno poročanje odsvojenih deležev tujih družb pri popisnem listu PLD – Doh-KDVP, 28. 2. 2024

Zavezancem svetujemo, da v kolikor napoved vsebuje več kot 10 transakcij (ne glede ali gre za odsvojitev vrednostnih papirjev in hkrati deleža v tuji družbi) da vrednostne papirje oziroma investicijske kupone vložijo preko sistema eDavki z napovedjo DOH-KDVP ter hkrati napovejo odsvojitev deleža tuje družbe z obrazcem –  NF-LD (lastni dokument) s spremnim dopisom obrazložitve in priloženim popisnim listom deleža v tuji družbi.

Pogosto zastavljena vprašanja o sistemu CATCH

Sistem CATCH je računalniško podprt sistem za upravljanje podatkov iz sistema potrdil o ulovu. Od 10. januarja 2026 bodo uvozniki v EU morali uporabiti sistem CATCH za predložitev potrdil o ulovu pri uvozu ribiških proizvodov na trg EU.

Je prvo informacijsko orodje za poenostavitev pregledov in preverjanj potrdil o ulovu za ribiške proizvode, ki vstopajo na trg EU. Uporaba sistema CATCH bo z najnovejšo revizijo uredbe o nadzoru ribolova IUU (glej 4.člen revidirane uredbe o nadzoru ribolova) postala obvezna za gospodarske subjekte in organe EU za uvoz ribiških proizvodov od 10. januarja 2026.

Sistem CATCH poenostavlja postopek izdajanja potrdil o ulovu za ribiške proizvode, ki vstopajo na trg EU, ter omogoča popolnoma digitaliziran in brezpapirni potek dela. Olajša izmenjavo podatkov, informacij in dokumentov med vsemi vključenimi trgovinskimi deležniki in nadzornimi organi ter tako poenostavlja in pospešuje upravne postopke. Omogoča lažje prepoznavanje in prepoved uvoza ribiških proizvodov, pridobljenih z nezakonitim, neprijavljenim in nereguliranim  (IUU) ribolovom v EU, s čimer izboljšuje učinkovitost sistema potrdil o ulovu na podlagi IUU uredbe.  Po podatkih objavljenih na spletni strani DG MARE je svetovna vrednost IUU ribolova ocenjena na 10-20 milijard evrov na leto. Vsako leto se nezakonito ujame od 11 do 26 milijonov ton rib, kar predstavlja vsaj 15 % svetovnega ulova.

V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih.
