Nedostopnost sistema EOS EU in eAEO-STP, 2. - 3. 4. 2025

V sredo, 2. 4. 2025, od 21.00 do četrtka, 3. 4. 2025, do 3.00 bo na strani EU nedostopen sistem EOS in portal eAEO-STP (Portal za pooblaščenega gospodarskega subjekta) zaradi nadgradnje. 
Posledično bo moteno tudi delovanje CRS na EU strani ter SICRS in EOS na nacionalni ravni.

UPRS Sodba II U 98/2023-11

Na obveznosti iz naslova prispevkov, ne glede na to, kdaj so nastale (v konkretnem primeru se izvršilni naslovi, ki so bili podlaga za izdajo izpodbijanega sklepa o davčni izvršbi, nanašajo na celotno obdobje od avgusta 2010 do avgusta 2019), odpust obveznosti v okviru pravnomočno zaključenega postopka osebnega stečaja skladno s 408. členom ZFPPIPP v zvezi z drugim odstavkom 21. člena ZFPPIPP ne vpliva.

UPRS Sodba II U 18/2023-13

V kolikor je imel davčni organ navkljub predloženemu in s strani delodajalca požigosanemu obrazcu (brez podpisa odgovorne osebe) pomisleke glede pravilnosti oziroma verodostojnosti posredovanih podatkov, je tožečo stranko sicer lahko pozval na predložitev dodatnih dokazil, vendar pa bi po mnenju sodišča moral poziv oblikovati tako, da bi bilo tožeči stranki, ki v postopku pred izdajo odmerne odločbe še ni imela odvetnika, jasno, kaj se od nje pričakuje oziroma zakaj upravni organ predloženega obrazca ne šteje za ustreznega.

Izbrani prispeveki - novice o davkih pri nas in v EU - NEWS about TAXES

V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih.
