Evropska unija je sprejela 20. paket omejevalnih ukrepov proti Rusiji in Belorusiji

Bistvene spremembe Uredbe (EU) št. 833/2014, ki veljajo pri trgovanju z Rusko federacijo: 

  • Na seznam sankcij je bilo dodanih 36 novih entitet iz ruskega energetskega sektorja ter 58 podjetij in posameznikov iz ruskega vojaško-industrijskega kompleksa, prav tako so bile za 60 podjetij zaostrene izvozne omejitve za blago, ki prispeva k tehnološkemu krepljenju ruskega obrambnega sektorja.
  • Na posamezne sezname blaga, za katerega veljajo prepovedi oziroma omejitve, so bile dodane nove oznake kombinirane nomenklature (KN).
  • Omejitve vplutij v pristanišča in uslug v zvezi s pomorskim transportom za dodatnih 46 plovil ruske senčne flote in omejitve pri, s čimer se je število sankcioniranih plovil povzpelo na 632.
  • Sankcije zadevajo tudi ruski pristanišči Murmansk in Tuapse ter naftni terminal Karimun v Indoneziji, ki se uporabljajo za izogibanje cenovni kapici na rusko nafto.
  • Prepoved izvoza računalniško numeričnih krmilnih naprav in radijskih naprav v Kirgizijo.
  • Uvedba kvote za uvoz amonijaka.
  • Zaostreni pogoji za uvoz diamantov v EU.

Bistvene spremembe Uredbe (EU) št. 765/2006 o omejevalnih ukrepih, ki veljajo pri trgovanju z Belorusijo: 

  • Podaljšanje režima sankcij do 28. februarja 2027.
  • Sankcionirane tri nove entitete, trgovinski ukrepi uvedeni proti Rusiji so odraženi tudi v Belorusiji.
  • Uvedene dodatne prepovedi na področju kriptovalut, kibernetske varnosti in turističnih storitev.

V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih.
