Informacija o novostih, ki jih prinaša novela ZDDPO-2U

V Uradnem listu Republike Slovenije, št. 100/2024, z dne 26. 11. 2024 je bil objavljen Zakon o spremembah in dopolnitvah Zakona davku od dohodkov pravnih oseb (novela ZDDPO-2U), ki začne veljati naslednji dan po objavi v Uradnem listu, uporabljati pa se začne za davčna obdobja, ki se začnejo z vključno 1. januarjem 2025. 

V nadaljevanju podajamo informacije o novostih, ki jih prinaša novela ZDDPO-2U.

Izbrani prispeveki - novice o davkih pri nas in v EU - NEWS about TAXES

V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih.
