Razveljavitev Izvedbene uredbe (EU) št. 708/2013

Izvedbena uredba (EU) št. 708/2013 se razveljavi zaradi mnenja Svetovne carinske organizacije (WCO) o uvrstitvi svetlobnega traku s svetlečimi diodami LED pod oznako KN 8539 51 00, kot to določa Izvedbena uredba Komisije (EU) 2025/289, ki velja od 3. 3. 2025.

Na spletni strani FURS je objavljen seznam vseh uredb o uvrstitvi določenega blaga v kombinirano nomenklaturo, ki jih v spornih primerih sprejme Evropska komisija in so zavezujoče v vseh državah članicah EU.

V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag.
