UPRS Sodba in sklep I U 763/2019-8

Sodišče sodi, da obračun višjih obresti za celotno obdobje obrestovanja, čeprav le manjši del obdobja obrestovanja predstavlja čas po zvišanju obrestne mere, ni v nasprotju z načelom pravne varnosti po 2. členu Ustave. Načelo zaupanja v pravo zagotavlja varstvo pridobljenih pravic zoper zakonske posege za naprej. Posamezniku zagotavlja, da država njegovega pravnega položaja ne bo poslabšala arbitrarno, torej brez stvarnega razloga, utemeljenega v prevladujočem in ustavno dopustnem javnem interesu.

Obvestilo Francoske carine glede sprememb pri prehodu meje z Združenim kraljestvom (ZK), zaradi uvedbe ELO

Francoska carina nas je obvestila o spremembah pri prehodu meje z ZK. In sicer se je dne 28. aprila 2025 uvedla ELO (Compulsory Logistic Envelope) za blago, ki prečka mejo pri uvozu in izvozu in bo dopolnjevala pametno mejo z Združenim kraljestvom. Podrobnejše informacije so v spodnjem dopisu.

Izbrani prispeveki - novice o davkih pri nas in v EU - NEWS about TAXES

V družbi TAXIN d.o.o. (mag. Franc Derganc), partnerici Mreže Modro Poslovanje preučujemo davčno-pravna in druga poslovno-pravna vprašanja na podlagi študija sodne prakse Sodišča EU in slovenskih sodišč, preučevati moramo pravne predpise EU in domače pravne predpise ter spremljamo "potrebe" strank - podjetij, ki delujejo v Republiki Sloveniji ter na t.i. mednarodnih trgih.
